FedEx – Bradley International Airport
Project Duration: 4 Months
Challenge
FedEx turned to APMI after the original general contractor fell significantly behind schedule and the project costs had escalated well beyond budget. The project required immediate leadership, coordination, and technical expertise to get it back on track.
APMI Solution
APMI quickly assembled a specialized team of engineers, project managers, and field personnel to re-engineer the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Through strategic planning, cost controls, and disciplined execution, APMI regained control of the project and restored confidence with the client.
Results
The project was completed within the original delivery schedule while bringing costs back under control, allowing FedEx to move forward without further delays.
Baystate Health – Major Parking Lot Renovation
Project Duration: 9 Months
Challenge
Baystate Health needed to significantly increase parking capacity while improving traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and the overall appearance of the campus. Conventional engineering suggested the available space was limited due to presumed wetland restrictions.
APMI Solution
Working closely with Baystate’s engineering team, APMI redesigned the site, reevaluated stormwater management, and successfully demonstrated that additional usable land existed beyond the previously assumed wetland boundaries. The redesign maximized available real estate while enhancing site safety and functionality.
Results
The completed project created approximately 150 additional parking spaces, improved pedestrian circulation, upgraded the facility’s exterior appearance, and delivered a safer, more efficient parking environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Town of Westford – PFAS Water Treatment Upgrades
Project Duration: 18 Months
Challenge
As part of the Town of Westford’s PFAS water treatment improvements, APMI partnered with R.H. White to perform all civil sitework and underground infrastructure required to support the new treatment facilities. The project demanded exceptional coordination while maintaining strict safety standards.

Working alongside R.H. White, APMI managed the complete civil construction scope, including site development, underground utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure installation. Throughout the project, both teams maintained an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and schedule.
