Kevin leads APMI with over four decades of experience in the industry. Under his guidance, APMI has grown into a trusted name in commercial construction and paving, known for quality, safety, and client satisfaction. His tireless work ethic and commitment to the company's growth and longevity are at the core of his mission, with a goal of building the company so that it can be run by the family for generations to come. When he's not leading the company, Kevin loves motocross, spending time with his kids and grandkids, and maintaining the family motocross facility. His passion for both family and work is evident in everything he does.

Leading our paving division for 17 years, Nathan has demonstrated excellence in leadership. His dedication to perfection, quality, and on-time project completion has been instrumental in maintaining APMI's reputation for outstanding service and client satisfaction. When Nathan isn't working his tail off in the field, he enjoys motocross and spending time with his growing family. At home, he manages a lively barn with seven horses, two donkeys and a bunch of fish—his projects truly never end! Nathan's uplifting spirit and move forward attitude is second to none.

Josh joined the family company a decade ago and has excelled in streamlining the scheduling and operations of our paving and small projects divisions. Known for his high energy and hands-on approach, Josh works closely with project managers to ensure every job is completed on time and on budget. Respected for his leadership and guidance, Josh isn't afraid to put on his work boots and join the crew to meet tight deadlines, inspiring everyone around him with his commitment and drive. When he's not pushing hard at the shop, Josh is running marathons and triathlons or coaching sports teams. We're incredibly proud of Josh's accomplishments both on and off the job.

With over 50 years of experience in civil engineering, Louis is a cornerstone of APMI's site services. His expertise spans road construction, infrastructure development, and comprehensive site work, including the infrastructure for complex projects such as wastewater treatment and LNG plants. Louis's comprehensive knowledge of civil works ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. When he's not overseeing projects, Louis loves playing golf, spending time with his grandchildren, and tirelessly working around his home.

Rich decided to join our team about 15 years ago, bringing with him a vast and diversified knowledge of construction. Leveraging his extensive expertise, Rich's teams excel across multiple disciplines, from concrete and paving to roofing and construction management. Rich holds numerous certifications that enable his team to handle a wide range of projects with precision and excellence. He has done an incredible job of holding the division together and is a fantastic addition to the team. When he's not working (or thinking about work), Rich enjoys unwinding on frequent cruises, which help him de-stress and recharge.
